As the story goes,

A violent storm is approaching the peaceful island of Basin, the children are forced inside, while the older villagers cautiously tread through the storm to meet and discuss what to do. Then you appear at the meeting place looking for shelter, and volunteer to investigate the cause of the storms, and destroy it at all costs!
